The first core data is the design airflow and external static pressure. Airflow determines supply/exhaust capacity, while static pressure determines whether the fan can overcome the resistance of ducts, filters, silencers and valves. Tender documents usually give a clear airflow and pressure range, and the manufacturer should choose a sensible operating point from the performance curve rather than covering it with a maximum-airflow figure. When needed, also state motor power, speed, efficiency and margin.
The second is noise and structural requirements. Commercial buildings and schools are usually sensitive to noise in plant rooms and surrounding areas, so consider vibration isolation, flexible connections and silencing in addition to the cabinet itself. The casing panels, insulation or acoustic structure, access doors, inlet/outlet direction and base size must also match the design drawings, so the equipment does not arrive unable to be installed.
The third is documentation completeness. Common technical documents include the parameter sheet, dimension drawing, installation instructions, quality-system materials, test records and other proofs the project requires. Different tenders have different requirements, so follow the tender documents and design drawings and avoid over-promising without a basis. At delivery, also organize model verification, nameplates, manuals and after-sales documents.
