Engineering project
A ventilation upgrade for the teaching buildings and canteen of Bantian Aiai School. Water-cooled fresh air units serve as the main fresh-air equipment, centrifugal fans assist with exhaust, and backward-curved cabinets handle the canteen fume ductwork. The fresh air units continuously deliver cooled air, relieving summer heat and filtering dust; the centrifugal fans run smoothly to discharge stale indoor air; and the backward-curved cabinets overcome duct resistance over long canteen runs. The system is zoned with fresh-air and dust control for classrooms and fume extraction for the canteen.

Project challenge
Confirm dimensions, openings, equipment and personnel.
Locate fume, oil mist, odor or heat sources.
Plan the direction of fresh air in and pollution out.
Check duct resistance, noise, energy and maintenance.

Our solution
Zone the equipment by teaching area, canteen and venues, balancing airflow, operating noise and long-term maintenance.
Products used

Low-noise, vibration-isolated air supply for quiet areas like classrooms.

Delivers cooled fresh air to relieve stuffiness and stale air.

High pressure for long canteen exhaust duct runs.
