Engineering project
A long-term rental apartment with relatively enclosed corridors, common areas and units. Silent cabinets and water-cooled fresh air units form the common-area fresh-air circulation system. The silent cabinets run with low vibration and noise, and the fresh air units deliver cooled air to speed air movement and relieve dampness and odor. A small centrifugal fan assists exhaust for the shops. The system runs 24 hours to optimize the whole apartment environment and tenant comfort.

Project challenge
Confirm dimensions, openings, equipment and personnel.
Locate fume, oil mist, odor or heat sources.
Plan the direction of fresh air in and pollution out.
Check duct resistance, noise, energy and maintenance.

Our solution
Guest rooms focus on quiet fresh air and dining areas on fume extraction, running independently around the clock.
Products used

Low-noise operation for quiet guest rooms.

Delivers cooled, clean fresh air.

Extracts dining-area fume to prevent odor spread.
