Hot factories need continuous air exchange to remove equipment heat and deliver cool fresh air to workstations. Xin Changfeng combines mechanical exhaust, evaporative cooling and roof natural ventilation.
Negative pressure fans move high exhaust volumes to drive whole-space air change and quickly remove hot, stale air. Selection estimates total exhaust from room volume and target air changes, with adequate inlet area.
Evaporative air coolers add cool fresh air with high volume and low energy, suiting open workshops and warehouses. Selection considers humidity, water quality and throw; humidity-sensitive spaces need assessment.
Roof turbo ventilators use natural wind and temperature difference to assist roof heat extraction with low maintenance, ideally supplementing mechanical ventilation and working with negative pressure fans to remove heat trapped at the roof.
